Wayne Miller recently directed a sold-out, site specific staged production of Christopher Sergel's play,
To Kill a Mockingbird,
based on Harper Lee's classic novel.  

The New York Times said, 

"Experts on 'To Kill a Mockingbird' say that apart from Harper Lee's hometown in Alabama, where the play is performed each May in the Monroe County Heritage Museum Courthouse, the drama might not have been staged in a real courtroom before."
